Himeka suggested it and it's a lot less of a mouthful! Pretty sure he wouldn't like to be constantly referred to as 'the clown' too, since I don't think clowns in general are a thing here. It's just want he looks like. So. Fred.
Do they have any sense of what the cloud might be or what's in it? I know people were saying a sickness but that could be anything.
Yeah we're at the ritual site. They said something about asking us to do a ritual for them as a protection, so I'm looking into that. How is everyone doing over there?
Are there any doctors or healers safely down there? Ask them if this is a known illness. It'll make a difference. See if anyone has spells to soothe some of the ailments. If you can't heal the illness directly, you could find ways to ease their pain.
[ He doesn't just mean this in a cheeky way, he really did pick up some healing magic along the way. Nothing that seemed immediately different from his regeneration energy and nothing he'd had cause to use much before the storms started sweeping through. It's a bit of a relief, actually, because his regenerative energy is limited and not something he can typically ever really use to heal others with any consistency. ]
See if you can ask them for what the most helpful spells are in relation to this disease. Stuff like cooling spells for fevers, salves for rash, pain relief, etc. I know FC doesn't rely on magic as much as other places, but it'll be something. I wish I was there, for a few reasons. Not like I can heal something incurable, but idk. Just to help.
You should find that woman Nadine, I know she makes poultices and medical stuff, she probably has supplies or ideas for herbal remedies. Not to cure things, but a non-magic option for soothing. Or at the least, definitely something that can help sedate or keep people calm, I've tried some of her weed, it's super helpful.
If this Sidwell guy comes to Solvunn, it's not going to be good. They don't even really have an army.
Oh really, do you? You'll have to tell me more about that once this is all over.
Yeah, we have magic and we have the gods. The gods have always come for them when they called, so who knows, maybe he'll be the one regretting doing anything to Solvunn. We know ourselves how dangerous the power of one god is. Maybe my goddess will send thousands of butterflies at him.
[ He somewhat abruptly goes quiet, only because things are chaotic in the bunker and he loses track of time, which is unfortunately typical of him. Even when time is supposedly his business. ]
There's no cure for that, right? That is disastrous. I mean, on one hand it's good they know it's survivable, and they technically have a place to go (𝖥𝗈𝗆𝖺𝗅𝗁𝖺𝗎𝗍). But that will be cold comfort when having to leave their family and home to quarantine.
I know this kind of situation isn't easy for you, Doctor, being trapped and helpless. My suggestion is to think of one good thing every few hours and hold onto that. Maybe it's seeing people working together or playing with a child and hearing them laugh. There is life on the other side of this.
[ Julia herself is somewhat of a pessimist, but she can be an optimist for him. ]
So the Summoned aren't getting sick. I can't be that surprised, we know that we're different. Maybe you and Nadine can talk about seeing if a vaccine can be made? Are there any scientists in your group there? The only thing I'd say is be careful they don't end up making you into a science experiment, ET style.
I was just telling myself 'what would the Doctor say to me?' and then compromising on a little me, a little you. Because I can't fully get to your level of upbeat.
If you need help, seek out Dean Winchester and Castiel. They're extremely competent and useful guys, they will do what you need. Cas is an angel, he has healing abilities.
Dean's his boyfriend, he's very capable. You can count on them.
We're not really the ones in any direct danger, we're just hanging out at the ritual site. I did a ritual to see if I could spot any of you guys, but it showed me Libertas instead of Aquila.
Their scrying isn't very specific, unfortunately. Not that I can do much even if I did get to see you guys through it. Maybe it'd only make me feel more helpless.

But the you are not theirs, that was the same as the clown (we're calling him Fred), so it was him in particular who felt strongly on this.
